Andrea Cukier is a New York-based painter from Argentina. Her recent projects have included artist’s books and collaborations with artists from other disciplines.

In Argentina she earned the degree of Profesora Superior de Pintura (accredited in the US as a dual Master’s Degree in Fine Arts and Art Education).

Her work has been part of several juried and invitational group such as New York’s First Biennale of Women Artists at the Williamsburg Art and Historical Center in Brooklyn and solo shows at The Argentine Consulate in New York City, Columbia University, The New York Public Library, The Bidwell House Museum and Local Project in New York City.

She has won several awards, most recently a Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance Grant to Individual Artists, and has participated at different Artist in Residency Programs.

Ms. Cukier’s work is in the permanent collection of The Godwin Ternbach Museum, The Argentine Consulate in New York City, and in private collections in the United States, France, Japan, Australia, Argentina and England.
